    The a double room is silent and has a mini-fridge-bar, a seating area and a writing desk. The services are top-notch, including a heated pool. Moreover, you can use private parking on-site. The location is good, 15 minutes' walk to Old Town. And the area is fairly nice next to near the old town, and Muumimaailma.

    I was here for 1 night and ate at a la carte restaurant for dinner. It had basic facilities you needed, a minibar, central heating and an individual safe. The location was nice and perfect for me, in the seaside❤🙂

    The location of the hotel is beautiful and very pretty. The staff were polite and affable during our whole stay. The hotel is really close to Naantali Spa, Moomin World, and the center, all walkable distances.

    We liked about the international atmosphere...

    My husband got stuck in the elevator and therefore had to use emergency button to alarm... The staff treated the situation completely in the unprofessional way. Rather unbelievable... Try to teach your staff to take care of and communicate to foreign clients in all kinds of situations. The Finnish behaviour seldom works in critical situations. Note: I am Finnish myself but my husband is not....

    Recently renovated rooms that are spacious, but unfortunately overlook a trash bin 😞. the staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

    Everything - deluxe room on the yacht was very comfortable, nice interior of the whole hotel. Good restaurants, perfect staff, nice spa zone.

    Very nice location, large selection of restaurants/food, big and stylish pool/sauna area. Children have a large room in which to play, and the hotel offer activities for kids.

    Long waiting lines at reception. The room prices are very high. The hotel's standard does not feel quite as good as one would expect at these rates, and they charge extra for almost everything (i.e. Internet = 5 Euros). The swimming pools are rather cold.
